Abstract

|
The authors have obseved one case of acute organic brain syndrome that developed during administration of lithium and chlorpromazine when serum lithium levels are within the therapeutic range. After withdrawal of the druge, neurotoxic symptoms completely disappeared within a few days. Clinical implications are also discussed with literature review.
